Enligt riksdagens beslut

f�reskrivs att 7 kap. 2 � och 10 kap. 7 � radio-

och TV lagen (1996:844) ska ha f�ljande lydelse.

s�nds. Om reklamidentifiering finns best�mmelser i 9 � marknadsf�rings-
lagen (2008:486).

En handling som strider mot 7 kap. 3 och 4 �� samt 10 � f�rsta eller

tredje stycket ska vid till�mpningen av 5, 23 och 26 �� marknadsf�rings-
lagen (2008:486) anses utg�ra otillb�rlig marknadsf�ring mot konsumenter.
En s�dan handling kan medf�ra marknadsst�rningsavgift enligt best�m-
melserna i 2936 �� marknadsf�ringslagen.

Denna lag tr�der i kraft den 1 juli 2008.
